We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are
necessary.
We only request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved service with at least 24 hours notice. For multiple services/people- 48 hours notice required to avoid the full fee charge of the service you were schedule to receive.
- "No Show"appointments will be charged full fee of the service.
- Same day
cancellation, rescheduling appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Groupon appointments same day cancellation or rescheduling will be charged full fee of the voucher.
A late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time. Treatment will end as scheduled, so that we may serve
our next guest on time. If you late and don't want your service to be shorten, 50% service fee will be charged and your future appointment might have to be prepaid.
It is recommended that you reserve your next service
prior to leaving the spa. Keep in mind that evenings and weekends get booked faster.
