We understand that there are occasions when a client can not come for  their appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Please understand when we schedule appointments, salon's time and our technician's times are set aside to meet the needs of our clients. When a client fails to show up for an appointment, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, our valuable time and resources are idle. More importantly, an opportunity to serve another client is missed.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

– Notification given less than 24 business hours prior to the appointment time (48 hours for more then one appointment) or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a flat rate charge of $15 for every 30 minutes scheduled for your service, to the credit card which was held at the time of online or over the phone booking. If your credit card was declined, the fee will have to be paid upon your next visit.

– If you have a Groupon, Living Social, Gift Certificate, or Pre-Paid service (packages), failure to show up for your appointment will result in forfeit your service and the value on your certificate.

Credit Card:

We ask that all new and current clients supply a credit card to have on our files, which will remain confidential and secured.  In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the fees described on our cancellation policy will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you.


Late Arrivals:

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. Depending on your service, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered cancelled nor no show. Cancellation Fee will apply.

Appointment Confirmation:

As a courtesy, we will send out a remainder email 24 hours before and a text message 2 hours prior your service for your convenience. For that reason is very important for us to have your current email address and cellphone number. If appointment was booked online within 3 days of your service, the reminder will not be sent out.

Children Policy:

Due to the nature of our business, children or infants are NOT allowed into the spa. Thank you for understanding.

Payment & Gratuity:

The Spa accepts cash and credit cards as payment. Gratuity is not included in any of the services or packages. The gratuity for a service is 15-20 % (based on full price) at your discretion and is very appreciated in cash or check only.

Prices are subject to change:

Because of our continuous education and equipment upgrade prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment.

Special Conditions:

Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, or diabetes.
