Walk-Ins are welcome and accommodated upon availability. 

We do require credit card on file to avoid the "no-show' appointments.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

– Notification given less than 24 business hours prior to the appointment time (48 hours for more then one appointment) or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a flat rate charge of $15 for every 30 minutes scheduled for your service, to the credit card which was held at the time of online or over the phone booking. If your credit card was declined, the fee will have to be paid upon your next visit.

- Same day booked appointments or less then 24h are expected to show up for the time we are saving for you. 

– If you have a Groupon, Living Social, Gift Certificate, or Pre-Paid service (packages), failure to show up for your appointment will result in forfeit your service and the value on your certificate.
